A circular, cast copper alloy mount, with enamelling on the front face. The general style, decorative content and use of enamel suggests that it was made at the Limoges school in France, probably in the 12th or 13th century AD. As with many of the Limoges pieces, it seems likely that it would have decorated a reliquary (religious casket) or a Christian book. The mount is circular and the front is convex. Copper alloy silvered mount from a Limoges cross or casket. A hollow-backed half-round standing figure. The head extends out of the body; the features are crudely defined with circular hollows for the eyes (which may have had insets in) and a raised sub-triangle for a nose. The mouth may have been a grooved line but this is not clear. The body has raised lines leaving cells which would have been filled with enamel. Copper alloy fragment, possibly of a Medieval mount. It has a pointed loop at one end, set perpendicular to the body. This appears to be the original terminal, the opposite end is broken. Next to the loop is a small neck before an oval flat section which then narrows to a small, circular sectioned shaft, broken at the end, which led to the rest of the object.

Copper alloy decorative mount, late Medieval to Post Medieval in date. It is lozengiform in plan with scalloped edges. At the base is the start of an extension, this would have probably led to a loop or hook to attach the mount. The front is decorated in relief with three lines, starting at the base and spreading out, one straight up, and one to either side. The reverse is flat and plain.

Cast copper alloy Medieval mount, most likely from a casket or a box, c. 12-1500 AD in date. It has a rectangular shaft with a fleur-de-lys terminal which has a width of 18.61mm and a thickness of 1.78mm. This terminal has a circular hole in the centre and grooved lines dividing the three segments. There is a small collar where it meets the shaft. The shaft has a D-shaped cross section and is broken at the end, possibly where another fleur-de-lys terminal would have been. There are traces of gilding on the upper surface.

Cast copper alloy belt fitting, probably a sword hanger, from the Late Medieval period. It is linear in form and appears complete apart from the rivets which are missing. It has a thin, rounded terminal extension. It then widens to the main section which is rectangular in plan with a curved hollow profile. Copper alloy mis-cast Roman lion head mount. It is sub-circular in plan with a protrusion at the base. The reverse is flat and has a pitted uneven surface. The front is the face of the lion is relief and this detail has been affected by the mis-cast. The top protrusion is the nose and the lower is meant to be the mouth. The detail for the mane and eyes has been lost in wear, corrosion and the incomplete casting.

Post Medieval mount in the form of a bulls head. It is domed with a hollow reverse. The bull is looking to the right with two horns curving up out of his head.
