Cast copper alloy and enamel, Late Iron Age/ Roman belt slide.
It is lozenge shaped in plan with an openwork design. The outer edge is decorated with a single row of red enamelled dots, some of which are missing the enamel. The central section looks like a 'swash-N' (as described by Macgregor, 1976) which consists of a 4-armed motif with each arm meeting a corner of the lozenge.
