Probably a silver siliqua of Constantius II, Lyon, 355-61.Rev - Inscribed wreath- VOTIS/XXX/MVLTVS/XXXX. RIC VIII cf. 216. The original description as a nummus might suggest it is a copper core for a plated coin.
