A probable Late Mesolithic to Neolithic knapped flint tool. The flint is sub circular in plan with evidence of flake removal on both sides. In section the flint is almost plano-convex and although difficult to resolve from a photograph only, there does appear to be some suggestion of edge retouch. The function and date of the tool are difficult to determine but it is most likely upper Mesolithic to early Neolithic. Dimensions: length 48.2mm; width 26.73mm; weight 99.8g.

A medieval copper-alloy strap-end. The object has been formed by folding lengthways a sub-rectangular strip of copper-alloy. One rivet hole is located near to one edge and there are further rivet holes on the reverse. The detail on the back is obscured by damage that has split open one side and it is partially peeled back. No decoration is visible. Possible traces of textile survive within the central gap. Dimensions: length 21.30mm; width 19.60mm; thickness 3.45mm; weight 3.62g.

It is thin (ranging from 4mm to 8mm} and sub-rectangular in section. It is possibly a fragment of Bronze Age ingot or Medieval-Post Medieval vessel rim flange. A Roman copper alloy penannular brooch with circular cross-section. The terminal ends are folded over with a decorative moulding of reels or ridge and groove. The original penannular shape is now distorted, probably through post depositional damage. Directly above one terminal the frame is split, again this is most likely post depositional. The pin is still present and comprises a strip of copper alloy which is wrapped around the frame of the brooch for attachment. The tip of the pin is possibly missing.
