A Post Medieval lead alloy musket ball dating from c. AD 1600 to 1800. The musket ball is 'banded' i.e. it is flattened in a band around the circumference. There are pronounced linear striations at right angles to the band, probably caused as the ball travelled down the gun barrel. There are other deep grooves in irregular places around the spherical surface. The surface patina is whitish- grey in colour. The diameter is c.20 mm.

An Early Post Medieval copper-alloy hooked tag (dress fastener) with white metal surface coating. It has a flat oval shaped plate with a transverse collar at one end. Beneath the collar extends a rectangular projection; this is the hook which would have hooked onto an rectangular apeture on another corresponding dress fastener in order to coinjoin two elements of clothing fabric together. A band of striations runs at a right angle to the strip, possibly caused as a result of travelling down the gun barrel when being fired. One side of the bullet is flattened, probably as a result of impact. The item has a smooth pale gray patina. This type of ball was used with a two groove rifle and probably dates to the mid 19th century. Diameter: 18 mm.
