A Roman glass rim fragment , probably from a bowl or dish. The glass is a very pale green containing bubbles. The rim is smooth, everted and beaded. The fragment weighs 1.65g. It was discovered associated with Roman pottery sherds of 1st to 4th century date (SF-3D5A36).

A Roman copper alloy disc brooch. It is incomplete, with the pin missing and also part of the enamel inlay. The disc-shaped plate has been bent slightly, in the past, and has an upturned rim. There is a large triskele pattern occupying the whole field, with wide, enamelled arms which terminate in small discs. there uis a further disc at the entre of the triskele. Traces of a white ?glass inlay are present around the circumference, and there is red enamel within the arms of the triskele. A copper alloy Medieval harness suspension mount. It has a rectangular bar with a horizontal chamfer along the centre, and there are two protrusions extending from one edge, each with a perforated oval-shaped terminal . These are splayed apart from each other. On the reverse of the bar are two circular rivets with square roves. The mount measures 19.98mm in width along the bar, 22.00 mm in length, and 8.35mm in depth from the front of the bar to the back of the rivets. It weighs 8.51g. One half of a cast copper alloy Medieval mirror case. It is a disc with a diameter of 30.54mm, and has a single lug protruding from one side, which is perforated, but incomplete due to old breaks. On the opposite side a pair of double lugs protrudes. There is a slight rim around the disc, and a small amount of corrosion including a whitish material survives around the inside of the rim. The complete arm terminates with a perforated loop, and a second arm also has a loop preceeding its incomplete terminal. It resembles the guard or quillon from a small dagger or knife, but is smaller, and not typical in shape of those discussed in the London Museum Catalogue (Ward-Perkins, 1940, pp38-42). It has a narrow, rectangular shape, 44.7mm in length and 3mm in width at the terminals, and increasing to 6mm before its centre, where it swells into a rectangle 13.3mm x 9.6mm. A cast lead weight of unknown date. It is biconical in form with flattened top and bottom surfaces and a central, longitudinal oval shaped perforation. The weight measures 22.13mm in length, 14.86mm in diameter at centre tapering to 8.7mm to 9mm at the terminals. It weighs 22.27g. This weight may have been used as a net or line sinker, and could be of Roman or later date. A similar example from Suffolk has been recorded, see SF-C2E280.

Four fragments of copper alloy metal working debris of unknown date.Three pieces are amorphous, with a combined weight of 39.56g. The fourth fragment has traces of moulding, with a groove and two ridges forming a 'collar' above a shaft which extends for 7.7mm. A further arm protrudes at right angles to the collar, and the object weighs 3.06g. It may have been part of a brooch, possibly of Roman or Anglo-Saxon date, but insufficient survives for a positive identification.

A copper alloy fragment from an Early Medieval stirrup-strap mount. It is the base part of a Williams Type 11A sub-triangular mount, the rest is missing due to old breaks. The base has a shallow flange on the reverse which projects at right angles. It has two perforations for rivets for attachment. Part of the rivets remain in situ, within a patch of iron corrosion, also on the reverse.
