a Neolithic flint axehead. It is a complete flint axehead, with some recent damage exposing medium grey flint under medium red-brown staining. There is extensive polishing at the blade end, with partly flattened polished sides, and little polishing at the butt end, probably due to re-working. The axe is 79mm in length and 39mm wide, tapering to 29mm at the blade end. Its maximum thickness is 18mm, and it weighs 67.79g.

The axe is lozengiform in section and measures xx in length. It is made on grey flint and has all-over working. It is incomplete due to old breaks at one corner.
