A cast copper alloy Post-Medieval saddle pommel, incomplete due to old breaks. It has also been compressed, probably as a result of plough damage. The bulbous part of the pommel has split, where it has been folded and compressed. Part of one rectangular-shaped wing survives and there are traces of elaborate moulded decoration on the body, arranged in panels with a triangular design. The fragment measures 39.66mm in length, 25.12mm in (folded) width , and weighs 27.57g.
