A Medieval copper alloy strap end. It is a composite strap end with a front plate, sheet spacer, and only a small part of the back plate surviving, the rest missing due to old breaks. There is a terminal knop at the lower terminal. The shape of the attachment terminal cannot be determined as it has been broken off leaving a straight edge. The strap end has much surface corrosion which obscures any decoration and trace of rivets. The object measures 28.51mm in surviving length, 9.00mm in width, and weighs 1.81g.
