A Medieval silver cut farthing probably of John, 1205-1218 AD, class type 5b-7a. The reverse inscription LELM suggests the moneyer WILLELM, whilst the hair style and position of hand and sceptre between EX and H, suggests classes 5b to 7a. There were moneyers of this name working at those periods, from Bury St Edmunds, Chichester, King's Lynn and London.
