A Roman glass rim fragment , probably from a bowl or dish. The glass is a very pale green containing bubbles. The rim is smooth, everted and beaded. The fragment weighs 1.65g. It was discovered associated with Roman pottery sherds of 1st to 4th century date (SF-3D5A36).

A glass bead of probable Roman date. It is a plain annular bead of mid-blue translucent glass, 15.65mm in external diameter, and 8.7mm in internal diameter. It varies in thickness between 3.3mm and 4.3mm, and weighs 1.30g.

An incomplete bead or possible pin head, probably made of glass and dating from the Late Iron Age to Early Roman period. The bead is broadly spherical, with three protruding bosses, and a circular-sectioned perforation extends through it. A segment of the bead is missing due to old breaks, and the cavity thus created has a pitted reddish surface. The 'glass' is dark brown, and the bosses are decorated with incised spirals. The patterns are reminiscent of the painted white swirls on dark blue glass beads of Oldbury type (see PAS record YORYM-7DAAE6). The object measures 8.87mm in diame…

a glass bead, of unknown date but possibly Roman. It is a circular light blue opaque glass bead, 21.16mm in diameter, and 9.9mm in height. The hole drilled through the centre is 9.35mm in diameter. The bead weighs 5.33g. Roman sherds have been discovered nearby, SF-890B63, which might suggest a Roman date for this bead.
