Four fragments of copper alloy metal working debris of unknown date.Three pieces are amorphous, with a combined weight of 39.56g. The fourth fragment has traces of moulding, with a groove and two ridges forming a 'collar' above a shaft which extends for 7.7mm. A further arm protrudes at right angles to the collar, and the object weighs 3.06g. It may have been part of a brooch, possibly of Roman or Anglo-Saxon date, but insufficient survives for a positive identification.

It is rectangular and curved, and might be a fragment from the bow of a brooch. Some decoration which may be part of a transverse rib, can be detected. The fragment measures 12.24mm in length, 22.72mm in width and weighs 3.86g. The fragment is too insubstantial to be identified, but is recorded as other cremated fragments of Anglo-Saxon date are know from the area where this piece was found.
