A copper alloy Medieval annular brooch fragment. It consists of about half of the brooch, with an ornate hoop and four collets evenly spaced. The hoop has a flat back, and the upper surface is decorated with panels between the collets having four perforations arranged in a square. At the centre of each panel, on the outside edge, there is a rounded knop flanked by two short bars, the effect of which produces a frilled edge. A lead medieval ampulla fragment. It consists of the lower pouch-shaped part of the ampulla, with the upper part missing due to old breaks. There is moulded decoration on both sides, with a scallop shell occupying the entire field on one side, and a crown over W on the other. This indicates an association with the site of Walsingham. The ampulla fragment measures 27.7mm in surviving length, 26.19m in width and 4.37mm in thickness. It weighs 17.65g. A copper alloy Medieval buckle frame. It is oval and resembles a Meols type 2 shape. The frame is thickened to top and bottom of the bar, which is narrow and circular in section. The outside edge is expanded and drawn outwards at its centre, thus creating two small, decorative peaks. there are traces of gilding on the outer surface of the frame. The buckle measures 13.55mm in length, 19.75mm in width and weighs 2.08g.

A copper alloy Medieval bar-mount. It is incomplete due to old breaks, and consists of a central lobe, with parts of the circular rivet protrusions to top and bottom. The mount is domed and the central lobe is decorated with fine cross-hatching. The mount measures 13.79mm in surviving length and 9mm in width at its maximum. It weighs 1.16g. An example from Medieval London is illustrated in Egan & Pritchard 1991, no.1161, fig.134.

A copper alloy Late medieval or Post-medieval thimble. It is a semi-circular 'beehive' shape, with a pair of grooves defining a band around its rim. The pits appear to have been made in vertical rows running up the sides and over the top to the centre of the dome of the thimble. It measures 17.57mm in diameter, 12.84mm in height and weighs 2.36g.

A copper alloy Late Medieval or later sewing ring fragment. It has four transverse bands of pitting, the pits being circular. There is a plain, narrow band to top and bottom of the ring. It measures 11.17mm in height, and 21.98mm in length and 1.34mm in thickness. It is not possible to assess its diameter, as the object is now out of shape.

A copper alloy Late Medieval thimble. It has been knocked out of shape and is now oval with straight sides and a lightly domed top. The surface is worn and the pitting appears to start in places at the rim, which has a short notch. The pitting, with circular holes, continues over the entire surface of the thimble. It measures 20.71mm in height, and the distorted opening measures 23.23mm x 16.14mm. The thimble weighs 5.94g. 1400-1500

A complete copper alloy Medieval harness pendant. It is a shield-shaped pendant with a suspension loop at the top, turned at ninety degrees. There is a device of a lion rampant occupying the whole field, with red enamel surrounding it. The pendant measures 40.93mm in length, 23.8mm in width, 3.47mm in thickness and weighs 13.36g. An example with a similar device and disposition of the tail, is illustrated from Norfolk in Ashley 2002, no.75.

The frame appears to be deliberately angled, and measures 25.84mm in external diameter, and 3.55mm in average width. It weighs 2.09g.

It is a rectangular plate made from folded sheet metal, and has broken off across the fold where there is also a rectangular pin slot. At the opposite terminal there is a single perforation for a rivet, centrally placed and close to the edge. The plate measures 25.98mm in length, 10.81mm in width and weighs 0.96g.

A copper alloy Medieval or Post-Medieval coin weight. It is a round flan and uniface, with the design of three lis in a shield with crown over. The flan is 11.21mm in diameter, 2.04mm in thickness and weighs 1.46g. This is most likely a weight for the English or French half ecu, which was issued from the reign of Charles VII, 1422-61, to Louis XI, 1436-75AD. The ecu was current in England in 1525, for four shillings. It is not possible to say whether this is a French or English coin weight. ( Withers 1995, Lions, Ships and Angels, p39).
