Martin Allen comments: The mint is Gloucester and the moneyer is Wulfwerd. There are some similar coins of the moneyer in this type (but not from the same dies) reading +PVLFPERD ON GLEP. This coin reads [ ]ERD ON GLE[ ]. It is recorded as EMC 2008.0228.
