Medieval silver cut halfpenny of Henry III , 1247-1272 AD.
It is worn, and only the ligated letters AN can be determined from the inscription in one quadrant on the reverse. This could indicate the class 1a inscription, ANG/LIE/TER/CI , or could be part of the mint name, Canterbury (classes 1-5).

A Medieval silver cut halfpenny, probably of Henry III, 1248-50 AD.
The surviving inscription suggests that the possible mints were either Norwich (ENO), Gloucester (GLO) Oxford (OXO) or Shrewsbury (SRO). Oxford seems more likely if the moneyer was Henri, (whose name finishes with an I).

A silver incomplete cut halfpenny of Henry III, 1247-1272 AD. The coin has been cut along the radius between the lines of a voided long cross, but is incomplete due to old breaks on the adjacent quadrant. The diameter is estimated on the cut radius of 8.77mm.
The reverse legend suggests the moneyer was Huge, Nichole or Willeme. The coin could therefore belong to class IIa, IIIa-c (Huge),class Ib-Vg, (Nichole) or class Ib -Vg (Willeme). Insufficient of the coin survives for more precise dating.
