A copper alloy pin head of probable Iron Age date.The head is approximately spherical with two conical projections, the point of one of which is missing due to old breaks. A raised collar separates the decorative elements of the pin head from a shank, circular in section and if which only a short length, 5.36mm, survives. The conical projections and the shank are evenly spaced around the spherical head which forms a dome above them.
