A copper-alloy vessel rim fragment of late medieval to early post-medieval dating (c. AD 1400-1700).
The rim fragment is irregular in plan, with a cross section which has a thick upper lip section and thins as it travels down. The rim type consists of a rounded lip. The exterior and interior surfaces are unpolished and rough. The fragment is a dark green colour, with an uneven surface patina. Towards one of the breaks is a rivet repair formed of a squashed cone of copper-alloy sheet.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy spur of probable 17th-century date. The downwards curving rowel box has broken before any perforations at the terminal to hold the axis bar for the missing rowel. The arms have a shallow D-shaped cross-section, being flat internally; both have been truncated to old breaks. The widest point is at the neck and the decorative curved arms narrow towards their missing terminals. An incomplete, bent cast copper-alloy pen of uncertain date, probably early post-medieval (c. 16th century, or slightly earlier). Its truncated shaft is missing its terminal but retains part of a central panel decorated with four longitudinal rows of linked lozengiform facets, with hollows between. A medieval copper-alloy rectilinear fragment decorated with Limoges enamelling, a strap-fitting, probably a broken buckle plate (c. 12th-13th century). The object is effectively square, with two seemingly original sides, parallel the one to the other; one of the sides connecting these is apparently intact but curves shallowly outwards. Description: An incomplete thimble, originally of two-piece composite construction, formed of a main piece of silver sheet curved to create a flared cylinder, and a now missing shallowly convex dome (crown), and slightly squashed.
