A copper-alloy pin detached from a medieval buckle described as a 'disc-on-pin' type, and classifiable as Redmayne's Type B. The pin is formed of a large central circular plate with protrusions emerging from opposing points. The first of the protrusions is the pin tip, which gradually tapers to a blunted point. A fragment from a copper-alloy single-looped oval buckle frame (c. 14th century). It consists of half of the outer edge and the side which extends from it. It has an enlarged outer edge which is flat; this narrows gradually as it curves and develops into the side. The outer edge had a transverse groove at its centre which acted as a pin rest. The frame has broken at this weak point where the outer edge is thinned. Although the buckle was presumably snapped when it broke the breaks are now smooth. A cast copper-alloy stirrup-strap mount of late early-medieval date (c. 11th century AD), not longer fully complete having suffered some minor losses. It can be categorised as being of Williams's Class B, Type 2, Group 4 (Webley 2014, 354-355; fig. 7b/note 64).
The mount is sub-rectangular, and D-shaped in cross-section. It has a squared off top with a central perforation; the rivet has ben lost but there is iron corrosion product adjacent to the hole on the front. The object comprises a pentagonal base on the angled upper parts of which are two tendril-like shapes with scrolled terminals. A damaged post-medieval copper-alloy Nuremberg jetton probably of Hans Schultes I (active 1553-1584), dating to c. 1553-1560. Rose/orb type inscribed unclear legends, possibly the master's name on the obverse. Minted at Nuremberg. See Mitchiner (1988, 401-404)
The jetton measures 23.2 mm in diameter, has a thickness of 0.3 mm,and weighs 1.02 g. It is bent, with the edges folded over slightly on opposing sides of the circumference. The flan has been cracked slightly at these folds.

An incomplete post-medieval copper-alloy Nuremberg jetton of Wolf Laufer I (active 1554-1601) dating 1583-1601. Rose/orb type inscribed AN GOTES SEGEN IS ALES G. Minted at Nuremberg. See Mitchiner (1988, 475) no. 677, for example, though this variant has the legends transposed by comparison and a slight legend variation. NMS-54E852 on this database appears to be similar.
The jetton is bent and twisted and has suffered a loss to one side equating to c. 20% of the original flan. It measures 21.8 mm in diameter, 0.4 mm in thickness, and weighs 0.86 g
