A complete probable flint or cobble hammerstone of uncertain prehistoric date (c. 4000-700 BC). Description: The object is roughly cylindrical and shaped with a smooth flint-like slightly broader end, which suggests the hand-held part. There is extensive crushing across much of its opposite end of the cylinder surface and on the sides towards the same end of the cylindrical form, suggesting it's possible use as a hammerstone. Description: The base is very narrow at 39.40mm diameter with a slight out-turned, finely turned rim base, 2.6mm wide. From the base the sides flare quickly outwards to a 96.4mm diameter, to form a globular body. A Post-Medieval coppper-alloy strap mount which strongly resembles a daisy or sunflower, and which dates probably from circa 16-1700 AD. The head of the mount takes the form of a circular flower head. The umbonate centre of the head has a diameter of 9.19mm and has multi indentations or stipples inserted to simulate stamens. A complete enamelled and gilt copper-alloy, Medieval cruciform harness pendant dating to the 13th or 14th century. The glans is defined by a narrow, transverse groove across the underside and top of the shaft at the outer end. A Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy double loop trapezoidal buckle dating from circa 1570-1700 AD. The buckle retains its copper alloy pin which rests against one of its pointed ends and tapers to its point. There are lobed protrusions either end of the strap bar. The buckle has bevelled outside edges and each half of its internal frames. Greenish patina.
