Description: The object is roughly cylindrical and shaped with a smooth flint-like slightly broader end, which suggests the hand-held part. There is extensive crushing across much of its opposite end of the cylinder surface and on the sides towards the same end of the cylindrical form, suggesting it's possible use as a hammerstone. The head of the mount takes the form of a circular flower head. The umbonate centre of the head has a diameter of 9.19mm and has multi indentations or stipples inserted to simulate stamens.
