A copper-alloy commemorative jetton or medalit celebrating the five year anniversary of the coronation of Louis XIII of France at Rheims, dated '1615'. Issued at Nuremburg by the master Wolf Lauffer II (1612-1651). Neumann (1868) no. 32370.

Reverse depicts a silhouette of Rheims. Legend: FRANCDATA+MVNERA.COELIXVII. .16.15./RHEMIS.WL. in exergue.

A worn complete copper-alloy Jetton of late medeival to Post-Medieval date (c. AD 1490-1550). Jetton is of Ship penny type with fictious legend as Mitchiner 1162. It has a reddish patina and the inscription is mostly unclear on either side. Appears to share anonymous inscription with LVPL-5E3ED3.
Diameter: 25.14mm, Thickness: .48mm, Weight: 1.4g.
