Copper alloy annular buckle of Medieval to Post Medieval date. The simple circular frame with a central bar has a convex upper surface, a D-shaped section and the reverse is flat. The bar is narrowed slightly with a sub-oval section. It is set back from the frame and attached to reverse of the frame (W. 3.56mm). The pin is missing. Patchy dark-green and brown patina.

The frame has a convex upper surface, bevelled inner edges, a D-shaped section, and the reverse is flat. The outer edge is wider. The bar is narrowed and D-shaped in section.
