An Edward III gold Noble , Treaty period type , c 1361 – 1369 AD. Obverse - King Holding Sword and sheild in ship. Reverse - E in the centre of cross , annulet at corner of central cross. The inscriptions on the obverse and reverse of the coin vary very little between classes of ( A- G ). And having a mint mark of a Cross Potent. A very worn cut penny of John, c 1199 – 1216 AD. Class: 6a 2 The letter X in Rex is now formed from two strokes with rounded ends and set at right angles to each other. With the obverse legend still reading HENRICUS REX, with the reverse having the moneyer’s name and mint around a small cross with four pellets in each quarter.

A German Nuremberg jetton, Damianus Krawinkle c. AD 1570. The obverse shows DAMIANUS KRAWINKLE with three crowns and three lis surrounding a broken rose with the inscription GOTES SEGAN MACHT REIC. The reverse shows RECHEN PFENNING with an imperial orb surmounted by a cross patty within a double tressure of three simple arches and three angles with an ornament in each external angle. A fragment of a 9th century Anglo-Saxon silver penny of Aethelwulf, c. AD 839 - 858. Aethelwulf was son of Ecgbert of Wessex and was sub-king of Essex, Kent and Sussex, AD 825 - 839. The penny is of the non-portrait type. The obverse shows SAXONIORVM in three lines in the centre with the inscription: + ED [ ] EX. The reverse bears a cross and wedges with the inscription: [ ] R MONE [ ]EX.

A fragment of a polished Neolithic Axe head c. 4000- 2200 BC crafted from mottled grey flint. The flint fragment is bi-faced and flaked along one edge suggesting that it has had a secondary use as a knife. The piece of flint has been in a fire at some time, probably in antiquity as there is evidence of fire cracking, which may have resulted in the piece having broken up through time.

A fragment of an Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch, c. 6th century AD. The lower portion of the brooch has a collar with a faceted field below. The brooch has an animal head terminal with prominent raised eyes and rounded nostrils. Separated by three bands of double lines at the junction with the foot. The reverse has an elongated over-turned catchplate. There are remains of tinning on the catch plate, evidence to suggest that the brooch was completely tinned at one time. The brooch has been broken in antiquity.

A medieval cast copper alloy oval framed buckle, c. AD 1150 - 1260. The buckle has an offset, narrowed bar. The outer frame edge is angled and at 45 degrees. The buckle has punched and scrolled decoration, and traces of gilding in places. Length: 19.48 mm, width: 29.07mm.
