A Medieval copper-alloy annular buckle pin or possibly a brooch pin (c. 1350-c. 1400). The tapering shaft is sub-square in cross-section with rounded corners and the open loop is similar in cross-section. On the upper face, between the shaft and loop, a moulding has four parallel transverse ridges. This pin has a green patina and is corroded in places. Length: 47.4mm; width: 12.7mm; thickness: 3.2mm.
