A Medieval copper-alloy annular buckle pin or possibly a brooch pin (c. 1350-c. 1400).
The tapering shaft is sub-square in cross-section with rounded corners and the open loop is similar in cross-section. On the upper face, between the shaft and loop.
This pin has a green patina and is corroded in places.

A fragment of an Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper-alloy long equal arm brooch (c. 450-c. 570).
This fragment is the foot only.
The foot is rectangular in cross-section and tapers away from the bow. Just below the break at the top there is a rounded lappet at each side. The width across the lappets is 10.7mm. The rear face has a complete trapezoidal catch-plate and measures 6.0mm in length, 2.6mm in width and about 3.4mm in thickness.
The brooch is green with patches of a slightly darker green patina. The transverse break at the top could be recent.

A complete but fractured post-Medieval copper-alloy strap fitting, possibly from a sword-belt (c. 1600-c. 1700).
The fitting consists of a plate and a hook.
The flat plate is ovoid or drop-shaped. It has two circular rivet holes along the longitudinal centre-line, one at each end. At the juncture of the plate and hook there are two small projections, one at each side. The forward facing hook is sub-circular in cross-section and has a blunt tip.

A fragment of an Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) gilded copper-alloy possible long equal arm brooch (c. 450-c. 570).
This fragment consists of the head-plate, a small portion of bow and the pin lug. The head-plate is roughly triangular in plan and tapers away from the bow. The edges of the head-plate are lost to breaks or corrosion. The front of the head-plate has a semi-circle of chevrons encircling the top of the bow. The bow is 'D'-shaped in cross-section. The pin lug is largely obscured by iron corrosion.

A complete lead alloy possible spindle whorl of Unknown date (c. AD 43-c. 1800).
The spindle whorl is circular in plan, hemi-spherical, domed at the top and mainly flat on the underside. There is an uneven (not parallel sided) sub-circular hole at the centre. The object is grey and off-white with patches of corrosion.

The shank and rim are missing.
This button is roughly circular in plan. At the centre a large pellet is surrounded by a circle of two interwoven strands of rope. These are enclosed by a circle of thirteen scarab-like or insect-like motifs. The rear face is plain and at the centre there is the stub of an integral shank. The outer edge is uneven due to breaks or corrosion.

This openwork chape is roughly rectangular in plan and is 'D'-shaped when viewed from above, convex at the front. The misshapen front plate is roughly rectangular in plan and when the plate was complete it would have been folded widthways. It has a trapezoidal pin slot and is recessed to accommodate a frame. There are four rivet holes, two at the attachment end and two at the frame end. These latter holes are contiguous with the pin slot. This sub-triangular/pentagonal object is moulded at the front and mainly flat at the rear. A flange, which is possibly complete, projects at one end at an angle of about 50°. At the front, three shallow grooves emanate from a transverse shallow groove. One groove is vertical and the others flank the central groove obliquely. The underside of the flange has two parallel grooves. The object is green with patches of a darker green patina.

An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy hooked strap fitting, probably relating to a sword-belt (c. 1600-c. 1700).
This strap fitting would have had a separate piece of sheet copper-alloy attached to the rear. It consists of an oval plate with a knop at one end. The knop is pierced and accommodates a separate iron rivet, the remains of which are present. At the opposite end there is a break where there was an integral hook. A fragment of a Medieval silver-gilt boss/plaque from an annular brooch (c. 1300-c. 1350). Treasure case no. 2019 T1060.
This octofoil boss/plaque (15.0mm x 13.2mm) has alternating long and short petals forming a sub-lozenge shape. Each petal has a raised edge and an incuse centre. It is soldered to the frame (c. 2.0mm x c. 1.3mm) which may have been alternately twisted and plain.
Much of the gilding survives and the breaks are old.
