The spindle whorl is sub-conical in form, truncated at the top. It has an off-centre vertical parallel sided hole which has a diameter of about 5.0mm.
This spindle whorl is light buff and has an old dent on the underside.

An incomplete post-Medieval copper-alloy foot from a small item of tableware (c. 1800-c. 1900).
The hollow foot is naturalistically modelled to resemble a lion's paw. It has four toes and claws. The top is broken but the surviving part is flat and has the remains of rivet hole. The base is bulbous at the centre. This object would have been one of three or four attached to the base of the small vessel.
The object is reddish brown with traces of a shiny green patina on the underside.

A probable Medieval copper-alloy zoomorphic strap-end (c. 1100-c. 1200).
This strap-end is sub-triangular in plan and the sides taper evenly to a rounded terminal. It is composed of two sheet plates soldered together at the terminal. It was secured together at the straight attachment end by two iron rivets, one near each corner. The shafts of the rivets are missing and the surviving rivet head at the front is domed. The terminal of the front plate is grooved to form a stylised animal's or beast's head.

This mount is sub-triangular in plan. It is slightly cusped at the wider end and has a tri-lobed knop at the opposite end. The front has a floriate design and the rear is flat except for two spikes, one at each end. The tapering spikes are circular in cross-section.
The mount is reddish brown and drab green with traces of gilding at the front.

A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1700).
This mount is slightly convex at the front and is flat at the rear except for the spikes. In plan, it is tri-lobed/trefoil-shaped at one end and rounded at the opposite end. There is an incised 'V'-shaped decorative groove flanking the central lobe. A spike at each end is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat on the inner face.

An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy rowel spur (c. 1300-c. 1700).
This rowel was star-shaped with six points but none of the points are now complete. At the centre of the rowel an iron axis bar around which the rowel revolved is corroded and fused to the rowel. Iron corrosion has migrated on to each face.
The rowel is corroded and drab brown. The breaks are old.

A rim fragment of a Roman ceramic Black Burnished ware vessel, possibly a 'dog-dish' or shallow bowl (c. AD 200-410).
The rim is plain and rounded. Inclusions include abundant sub-rounded translucent quartz and very small flecks of mica. When complete the vessel would have had a diameter of about 260.0mm.
There is now no indication of any burnishing or decoration. The surfaces are dark grey and the core is also dark grey. Darker patches are the remains of marine growth.
