It appears to be incomplete probably broken across its narrower straight edge. From there the objects sides widen outwards and terminate in a curved outer edge, giving it an axe shape. Description: A medieval gold finger-ring, the hoop of D-shaped section, decorated with a bezel in the form of a small gold applied quatrefoil. Each foil is engraved with lines resembling the veins of a leaf. The ends of the hoop are soldered together, over which the bezel is soldered onto the hoop. The ring is in good condition with only a small area of damage on the hoop. Neolithic flint axe, 129mm long, 59mm wide and 27mm thick, with a weight of 218g. The axe is complete and is sub rectangular in form, with a rounded blade and ovoid in cross section. It is made from a dark brown flint and has been invasively re-touched and then polished at the blade. It has been finely worked along its blade and on one face of one side with shallow, stepped re touch. The other side less so and appears to have been damaged along this edge due to a weakness in the flint?

Roman lead alloy steelyard weight, 45mm wide 40mm high and weighs 326 grams (11.46 oz). The weight is sub ovoid in form and circular in cross section with the remains of an iron loop in its upper centre. It has a smaller triangular cross sectioned upper half and a well rounded larger lower half, starting with a rounded ridge.

Post Medieval silver bodkin 35.5mm long, 4mm in diameter and weighing 1.81g. The object is rectangular in form and circular in cross section. It is decorated with six ridges running its length. At one end these merge into the main body where it is now broken. Just below this the ridges have linear depressions across the object, forming two collar like decorative motifs. It is at its widest beyond this point and then it tapers to a now incomplete point 2mm in diameter which has a small flat sub rectangular projection 1mm thick.

Early Medieval gilded copper alloy mount, 26mm in length, 16mm wide and 1mm thick with a weight of 3.22g. The object is incomplete and is rectangular and flat. It is decorated with a plain raised border, c.1mm wide, and inside this is a narrow depression and a further raised border, c.0.5mm wide. The main field is filled with double-strand plaited interlace forming an entwined beast.
