A cast copper alloy medieval strap loop mount. The strap loop is trapezoidal in shape and has a curved outer edge. There are two internal projections, which are located closer to the narrower end. The metal surface of the object is mid greyish -green in colour and slightly worn. The mount probably dates to the 12th - 15th century. Parallels can see seen in Egan and Pritchard, 1991, p233-4, 149.

A decoratively moulded cast copper alloy rectangular shoe buckle. The buckle has a drilled frame, which would have once housed a separate spindle and a studded chape and tongue (all of these are now missing). A large amount of iron staining survives on the frame, indicating where the pin was once positioned. The frame is complete. The metal is a mid greenish-brown colour. These buckles date from circa 1690 - 1720. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p102.

A cast copper alloy bar-mount with a central circular lobe cast integrally to two circular knops - one at the top and one at the bottom of the mount. The central mount is domed, it has been decorated with incised horizontal lines. Two separate rivets survive in situ, one in each of the terminal lobes. One of the rivets still holds in place a plate of broken copper alloy. The metal surface of the object is mid brownish-green in colour and slightly worn. A cast copper alloy fragment from a Roman Colchester type brooch. The fragment consists of the catchplate and part of the bow of the brooch. The bow is undecorated and tapers to a rounded point. It is semicircular in section. The catchplate is fairly large and is complete. The object is slightly worn with a mid greyish-green patina. It dates to the 1st-2nd centry AD.

A cast copper alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.3. The clasp has been formed from a single thin plate of copper alloy. One end terminates with a straight line, with a small projection. On the other end there is a rectangular, bent loop. The metal is a mid reddish-brown colour and is very pitted. The clasp probably dates to the 15th-17th century.

A cast copper alloy strap fitting. The object comprises a rectangular plate which has been shaped. The plate terminates on one edge with a U-shaped notch, but on the other end an open loop projects at a 90° from the rest of the plate. Two iron rivets can still be seen in situ on the plate. This fitting are post-medieval in date, probably 16th – 17th century.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy sewing ring. The object is similar to a thimble, without the apex. The indentations are circular and have been arranged in a rows. The base is slightly thickened but there is no defined rim. It is worn and the metal is a dark reddish-brown colour. Parallels can be seen in Egan (2005), p132, fig: 126 ref 648-52.

A cast copper alloy, unidentified object. The object has been cast as one piece and it has been formed from a tapering rectangular strip of copper alloy. It tapers inwards at both ends. One end has an arrowhead-like projection attached to it. The metal is a dark greenish-brown colour and is pitted. Discussion at the club suggested that it might be an Iron Age object.

A cast copper alloy finger ring, with a slender D-shaped hoop of varying height and thickness. The hoop rises to form a pointed bezel set with a white material. This could be paste used to set a stone, glass or similar gem in place. The original surface has been lost due to corrosion and pitting. A similar ring can be seen in Egan and Pritchard, p326, Fig: 215. The ring dates from the 12th – 13th century.
