A cast copper alloy D-shaped buckle loop with a collared knop on the upper outer edge, with a collar around the base of the knop. The strap bar is narrowed and off set. The pin and plate are missing. The metal is a mid brownish-green colour and it is pitted. This type of the buckle dates to the 13th to 14th Century.

A cast copper alloy single looped oval buckle. The buckle has two very prominent lobed knops flaking a sheet copper alloy roller. The strap bar is narrow and off-set. It is complete apart from the pin, which is missing. The metal is a dark greyish-green colour. These buckles date from circa 1250 - 1400. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p22.

A single looped oval buckle with integral forked spacer, cast in copper alloy. The buckle plate is missing and both forks are broken. The pin recess (and the surviving pin) sit in-between the forks of the spacer, on the strap bar. The buckle frame has a triangluar lip projection where the terminal of the pin would once have rested. There are also moulded knops at each end of the strap bar. The strap bar is narrow. The frame is uninterrupted; so therefore has no pin recess. The pin is missing. The metal has lost most of its original surface and the metal is a dark greyish-green colour. This type of buckle dates from circa 1550 - 1650. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p63.

Half of a cast copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle frame, with pointed ends and rounded knops on the corners of the frame. There is an incised line on the outer edge of the surviving loop. The pin is missing. The strap bar terminates with lobed protrusions on either end. The buckle is a mid reddish-brown colour and the surface is heavily pitted. These buckles date from circa 1600 - 1700. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p83.

An elaborate cast copper alloy buckle. The buckle is broken at one end, but the surviving frame is rectangular and formed from three long strips and four short strips of circular sectioned copper alloy. The frame is flat, but the central bar is raised of the frame, as it has been soldered on top, forming an openwork frame. Extending out of one edge are two curved loops, with rounded knops on the end. Around the central bar are three pins.
