An incomplete copper-alloy bow brooch of Late Iron Age to Early Roman date. The top of the bow curves downwards to form the head, which has a copper-alloy spring with iron axis bar. The upper surface of the bow is decorated by a single groove, located centrally and extending parallel to the two straight sides. On the underside of the lower bow are located the remains of the catchplate.A decorative moulding adorns the top of the bow. The brooch measures 52.4mm long.

Cast copper alloy Roman plate brooch with red enamel. The brooch is piriform with a curved upper edge above a long triangle and a distinct angle about one third of the way down the sides the brooch. The plate has a narrow flat border running around the outside then a raised beaded border with the 'beads' defined by regular transverse grooves, then a raised plain rim all following the main outline. A fragment of a Roman copper-alloy bow brooch, probably of trumpet-derivative type. At its upper end the bow flares into the head, on the underside of which is the spring, held between two right-angled lugs. Above the spring is a chain loop or external chord. On the upper surface of the brooch, the top of the bow is decorated by a moulded oval rim with internal ribs delineating four blue-enamel-filled cells. The bow has a D-shaped cross section, its straight sides converging towards the break, which occurred in antiquity.

A cast copper alloy early Anglo-Saxon disc brooch, dating from the 5th - 6th century. The brooch is circular and flat, with no rim, a small piece of the edge has broken off. It measures 34mm in diameter. It survives in an extremely good condition. The brooch depicts a series of five concentric, incised circles in the centre. Surrounded by a series of outward pointing small incised triangles, with pellet decoration. Surrounding this are two further incised, concentric circles. A cast copper-alloy ansate brooch, with an arched back with an equally sized fan-shaped terminal on either end. The arched back of the brooch is decorated with three prominent ridges. Below the terminals there is a catchplate on one side and a double lug on the other. The remains of an iron pin can also been seen, but is heavily corroded. Ansate brooches are in origin a Frankish type, used in France from the 7th century onwards. They do not appear in England until the 8th century, and they appear to go out of use in the 10th century.

The remaining part of the brooch consists of an almost complete bow (with the foot and catchplate missing - badly bent), incomplete wings, and the external chord from the spring mechanism. The bow is long and tapering. The spring mechanism does not survive. The pin is also missing. The metal is very worn and very corroded. The surface is pitted. The metal has a light reddish-green colour. This brooch is similar to examples in Hattatt, 2000, pp297, Fig. 156.

A silver medieval annular brooch pin. The pin has a tapering rectangular section, terminating in a blunt point. The pin measures 29.8mm in length, it is slightly bent. There is a collar all the way around the neck of the pin. The pin head (which would once has held the pin around the pin construction of the frame), is formed from a rolled rectangular sheet of silver; it is hollow. The pin is undecorated. A cast copper alloy gilded oval plate brooch. The brooch has a central raised oval boss, which has raised sides. This boss would once have held a stone but this has now been lost and the setting remains empty. Around the boss is a flat rim, which has been decorated (around the edge) with a series of square cells, inside each cell in a cross. The reverse is flat and has been tinned or possibly silvered. The edge of the brooch is decorated with four equally-spaced knops. The larger of these conceals the lug for the missing pin; this is located on the longest axis.
