A complete waste flint flake of Mesolithic to Neolithic date. The flake retains the bulb of percussion and striking platform and bulb scars can also be seen. The dorsal surface has had multiple flakes removed from the surface. The flake tapers to a point at the terminal, the terminal proper has chipped off. The flint has a light greyish-white patina, 10% of the surface is coated in cortex.

A cast copper alloy book clasp of Howsam's type A.3. The clasp has been formed from two thin plates of copper alloy. The front plate is flat, with a trilobate terminal and a flared terminal, which has been decoratively cut forming five lobes. Five holes have been drilled through the plate. The two nearest the flared end contain rivets. The other three appear decorative. On the reverse there is a smaller flat, rectangular plate, which has been joined to the front plate, via a single copper alloy rivet near to the trilobate terminal. A copper-alloy thimble, dating to the 15th - 16th century. The thimble is tall with a rounded top. The indentations in the thimble are oval. The indentations have been arranged in a spiral. There is an incised line around the rim of the thimble. This thimble has been cast as one piece. The thimble does not thicken around the base. The metal is a dark greyish-green colour. Parallels can be seen in Egan (2005), p132, fig: 126.

Half of a cast copper alloy double looped buckle, with an intact strap bar. The buckle had two sub-oval loops, only one survives. The frame is uninterrupted; so therefore has no pin recess. The pin is missing. The metal has lost most of its original surface and the metal is a dark greyish-green colour. This type of buckle dates from circa 1350 - 1650. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p63.

A bronze (copper-alloy) pot leg from a large cooking or storage vessel, dating from the late medieval to post-medieval period (circa 1350 - 1850). The fragment may have been part of a cauldron or similar large vessel. The leg tapers to the foot, with chamfered sides. Where the leg would have been attached to the vessel, the break is worn and corroded. The reverse of the leg is flat. The leg is a dark greyish-green colour.

A cast copper alloy sub-rectangular buckle plate or strap end. The plate has multiple holes through it, giving it an openwork design, with knops in high relief also used to decorate. The plate is broken at both ends so it is not possible to see what it was originally. The plate has lost most of its original surface, and has a mid brownish-green patina. All the breaks are worn. It is medieval in date, but could be Roman.

A cast copper alloy arm from a spur. The arm has a D-shaped section and terminates with a figure of eight loop. Incised lines can be seen on the figure of eight loops. The break is worn and the metal is pitted and corroded. The metal is a mid brownish-green colour. This spur fragment dates to the post-medieval period.

An Iron Age silver unit of eastern Gaul. Delestree & Tache 3195ff Philip de Jersey comments: "It's a fairly common type from eastern Gaul, probably from the territory of the Lingones or the Aedui, with the inscription 'Kaletedou' in Greek script on the reverse. The inscription soon becomes blundered and you end up with not much more than KA over the horse and a variety of symbols below. The coinage was produced over a long period, from the late second century BC through into the mid-first century BC, and I would guess that this one is later rather than earlier, so perhaps c. 75 BC

A cast lead token. The token is flat and circular, with a thin section. The obverse of the token depicts six central pellets in the shape of a flower, surrounded by ten double arches. The lead has gone a mid greyish-brown colour. The reverse is blank. Due to a lack of context this token can only be loosely dated from between circa 1400 – 1850 AD.
