A heavily utilised Mesolithic core. The bulb of percussion and striking platform have both been removed. Multiple blades and bladelets have been removed from its surface. It would appear that an attempt to rejuvenate this core failed as the upper surface bears the scar of a hinge fracture. There is evidence around the edge of the platform for platform preparation. It has been formed from a light grey flint, with patches of lighter and darker material within the flint matrix.

The flint has one bulbous end, which extends into a rectangular sectioned projection. It has been formed from a light grey flint, with patches of lighter and darker material within the flint matrix. There is some iron staining on the surface of the flint.
