A circular silver-gilt object of unknown function depicting the Madonna and Child and the crucified Christ.
Face 1:
Face 1 shows the Madonna and Child seated on a large throne with a pillar on either side. The Virgin holds Christ in her left arm. And hold a sceptre in her right hand(?). The faces of both figures are worn and the details are no longer visible. The image is surrounded by a circular border of small connected crosses, apart from a section at the bottom where the border is interrupted by the base of the throne.
The inscription around the edge reads:

This token is listed by Williamson as Devon no.42; it was reassigned to Bucks in the 1920s along with all Colebrook pieces. It is in Dickinson at no.54A and Norweb mo.307.

A group of 35 lead alloy apparent tokens of uncertain but probably modern date found scattered across a field. Each token has an obverse which shows a bearded bust facing left, possibly with lettering in front arranged in an arc. The reverse shows a standing stick-like figure holding a staff in one hand while in the other is an annular object on a rod, facing downwards.
From a sample of four examples the tokens have a mean diameter of 19.42mm and a mean weight of 7.53g. Each shows evidence for a casting seam.
