Brass dupondius of Trajan (AD 98-117), countermarked with a a laureate design. It is assoicated with Antioch and was added before the Jewish Revolt of AD132-5. It has been suggested that this countermark relates to Hadrianic activity in the East. The other countermark in front of the head is unclear, but possibly of the same type.

Copper alloy or brass dupondius of Trajan (AD 98-117), with a radiate head on the obverse, but most of the original surface of the reverse is missing. What is left looks like a figure standing or kneeling right but looking back left with bent right arm, as in BMC 919*, Plate 35, Fig.9, so it could be S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI / S C type, mint of Rome, RIC 620.

Copper alloy sestertius of Trajan (AD 98-117), Reece period 5, but too worn and corroded to make out reverse type and legends illegible. The edge of the coin appears to have been clipped or had two triangular sections taken out of it which has left a pointed protrusion between the missing sections. It is not clear whether this has happened since deposition or prior to it, but there is sufficient corrosion on all the edges of the exposed interior of the coin to suggest the latter.
