Roman silver 'TOT' ring from Hallaton, Leicestershire A complete silver finger-ring of Henig type XI. Sub-circular in profile with a hoop that expands gently towards the bezel. The band is broad and flat with a sub-rectangular section. Two grooves, slightly inset from each edge, run the circumference of the ring. The bezel is accentuated on each side by two impressed mouldings and the space between is roughly inscribed with a scratchy free hand. The inscription reads 'IOI'. An incomplete silver finger ring of Medieval dating. Only the bezel of the finger ring is present. It is oval in shape, with a cavity at the centre, intended to accommodate a gem, possibly a Classical intaglio. The border is engraved with a legend that reads: +IERVSALEM (Jersusalem). The bezel is silver and dates from the 13th Century AD. Dimensions: Height 17mm, width 15mm. The bezel was not weighed. Consequently, in terms of age and as the object contains a minimum of 10% precious metal, it qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996.

A cast copper-alloy finger ring of probable post-medieval date. The ring measures 24.74 mm in diameter at the top and bottom, although the centre of the band is narrowed and measures 23.8 mm in diameter. The narrowed part of the ring is decorated with three equally spaced stars (or suns), with a repetitive pattern resembling DDDDDDs in between. The ring measures 4.89 mm high, 1.81 mm thick and weighs 3.1 grams. It has a dark green patina.

A cast lead finger ring of probable post-medieval date. The ring is slightly bent out of shape and is oval in plan with a projecting flat oval shaped bezel (9.53 mm long and 8.45 mm wide) and ten small projecting knops around the outer circumference. The bezel is plain but on more elaborate examples of such rings there are designs and letters. One side of the ring is flat whilst the other is rounded. The ring has moulded decoration consisting of repeated lozenges running around the band, with a triangular wedge above and below each of the points of the lozenges. The edges are slightly engrailed. Post-Medieval gold momento mori ring; the bezel in the form of an incurved hexagon containing in the centre a white enamel skull; enamel perfect. Surrounded by the inscription DIE TO LIVE and foliate motifs in the corner of the hexagon, enamelled black, at the top of the hexagon is a double cross. A cast copper-alloy finger ring of post-medieval to early modern date. The ring is cast in the form of a buckled belt, with the buckle and pin integrally cast with the belt. The exterior of the ring is decorated with moulded decoration, apparently a repetitive cross and rose motif. A number of similar buckles have been recorded on the PAS database. It is likely to date from the 17th to 18th centuries. It measures 19.63 mm in diameter, 2 mm thick and weighs 1,8 grams. It is 7.33 mm high at the moulded buckle decoration.

A fragment of a cast copper-alloy Roman finger ring. Only the bezel and small parts of the hoop survive. The bezel is oval in shape and has an oval field, divided into two sections for enamel settings, divided by a wavy line with five alternating 'waves'. The enamel is intact, but is worn and little colour remains, but it appears to have been red. The hoops are much thinner than the bezel, tapering dramatically from below the bezel. Treasure Report: 2011/T549 Parish/County: Walsall Area, West Midlands A medieval finger-ring, much distorted, consisting of a flat band terminating in a thick pyramidal bezel with a square panel bearing a cross. This appears to retain traces of niello. The shoulders of the ring are decorated with criss-crosses and punches. The ring is silver and dates from the twelfth century. 2011 T281 Roman silver finger ring with circular hoop of square section. The shoulders are keeled and expand to two conflated ovoid mouldings decorated with incised grooves, now rather worn and difficult to make out. Discussion: the two mouldings rather resemble conjoined snake's heads, although normally these have raised mouldings whilst these examples are completely flat.
