Medieval copper alloy chape or lace tag. Overlapping seam with traces of possible solder, broken at narrow end. There is a rectangular strip of copper alloy forming a cuff two thirds of the way from the wide end, which would make lacing through eyelets awkward.Length 68mm. Diameter at wide end 8mm. Width at cuff 10mm. 12th - 15th century.
