Late Bronze Age penannular ring fragment, or 'ring money'. Sub-oval-section, slightly flattened on the upper and lower face, with a copper alloy core and outer banded gold sheath. The banding appears lighter with an almost silvery colour on the outer face and a darker, slightly blackened appearance on the inner face. Broken at both ends with possible traces of having been cut or chopped. The exposed copper alloy surface is fairly corroded, suggesting ancient breaks. See NMS-5D0C86 for a similar complete example. Weight 5.7g. Width 8.5mm. Surviving diameter 17.5mm.

Iron Age socketed terminal mount in the form of a bull's head. Circular-sectioned socket filled with orange-stained soil, perhaps from iron corrosion, with four evenly spaced rivet holes between two very fine engraved lines around the edge. One of the rivet holes is broken through and there is a ragged crack extending 11mm from the edge, possibly caused by internal corrosion forcing the socket apart. A Late Bronze Age hoard consisting of 17 objects or fragments of objects discovered during metal-detecting in an area "8 paces by 10 paces" in plough soil. None of the fragments join and none seem likely to be parts of the same object. It is highly likely that two socketed axe heads previously recorded from the same area in 1988 and 1955 also formed part of this hoard, and also possible that a palstave axe head found in the same area in 1969 formed part of the original deposit. Medieval copper alloy unusual small book clasp, rectangular frame with sub-circular lobe above and smaller rounded terminal beyond this. Both lobe and terminal have similarly-sized circular holes from front to back. The central lobe also has short grooves or notches down each side, running perpendicular to the edge. Roman copper alloy strap-mounted and skirted terret ring. The oval-sectioned loop is broken with just under half surviving, above a collar before a lozengiform skirt with rounded knops at each corner. The skirt is angled down at the front and back, and up at each side, partially concealing an oval-sectioned, curved attachment loop. One side of the skirt is missing.
