A cast copper alloy Roman figurine of a ram. It is well modelled with the raised head turned slightly to one side. It has curling horns, incised pointed oval shaped eyes and details on the horns and coat with a scalloped skirt around body. The recessed underside is roughly finished and has a small rectangular central depression. The legs and tail are broken. It is 42mm in length and at least 35mm wide. The ram and the goat are cult emblems of Mercury and either can be shown accompanying the god (Green 1978, 26).

Late Saxon copper alloy trefoil strap or harness fitting, worn and corroded, cast with simple and rather crude decoration of slight triangular central boss with three dots within incised bordering line, and dot at each point outside line, each foil has deep bordering line and single dot near central boss, reverse of each foil with rectangular scar from missing lugs and traces of iron corrosion, 45mm across, thickness 3mm, weighs 19.28g.
