Late medieval - post-medieval lead weight, probably for fishing nets. Pointed oval pierced at one end for suspension, oval-sectioned, with rough grooves defining the edge on both faces. Length 48mm, width 20mm, thickness 11.5mm. Weight 45.2g / 1.59oz / 697gn. Circa 1500 - 1800. The patina suggests this weight may be later in the date range.

Medieval Papal bulla of Boniface IX (1389 - 1404). A reasonably well-preserved bulla which despite having some corrosion of the lead surface, still has enough of the original patina preserved to show the reading very clearly. The obverse reads BONI/FATIUS/•PP•VIIII. The reverse is of the normal design with the figures of SS Paul and Peter in pelleted aureoles with SPA SPE above, although the corrosion is slightly worse than on the obverse.
