An incomplete Beaker period barbed and tanged arrowhead of semi-translucent fine quality flint with no rough inclusions, now patinated an attractive orange colour. The piece is missing both barbs and the tip with some minor damage to both lateral edges. All breaks appear to be ancient. This is unfortunate as the shape of the barbs are the defining characteristic for Green's typology (1980). Both faces are competently pressure flaked with overlapping flake scars.
