Post-medieval copper alloy furniture fitting. Incomplete escutcheon plate in the form of a stylised openwork two headed crowned eagle, the bird's heads bent to join the wings,the outwardly bent feet forming rectangular apertures, the plate broken acorss a keyhole.The simple three pointed crown, elongated necks, displayed wings and feet are covered in lines of engraved rockerarm, with stamped annulets forming the eyes, and a single stamped heart above the keyhole in the centre of the bird's breast. Copper-alloy bar from an early Anglo-Saxon sleeve-clasp. In the centre are two pairs of transverse grooves with a pair of semi-circular indentations ('notches') in between, together forming a square panel. Above and below this there are rectangular panels with bevelled edges, running to square panels at the terminals. Each of these has traces of transverse lines obscured by a corroded iron rivet. Late Bronze Age incomplete copper alloy sword. Three fragments of blade were found on arable land on both sides of a stream, almost certainly as a result of spreading after dredging. Very corroded showing linear traces of vegetable matter, broken, now in three joining pieces (42 x at least 294mm), heavily notched edges to blade, slightly bent at tip. None of the breaks is recent.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Bow-and-fantail brooch. There is a cast head loop, and short tubular wings enclose the axis bar. There is a fragment of the copper alloy pin. There are slight traces of vertical grooves on the bow which expands towards the break where most of what would have been a triangular fantail and catch-plate are missing. , 16 x 29mm. This brooch can be dated from the second half of the 1st century into the mid 2nd century.
