Early Saxon Incomplete small-long brooch, square-head imitation (Cf. Leeds 1945, fig.34) rectangular head-plate with broad projection at upper edge and narrow rounded projection on both sides, short narrow bow with median arris, rectangular foot with broken tapering projection at base, foot missing. Reverse has perforated lug with corroded remains of iron pin and catch-plate with twin engraved lines at upper and lower edge, 27 x (at least) 55mm.

Incomplete early Anglo-Saxon wrist-clasp of Hines’s Form B12. The bar has three square flat panels, each with a projecting perforated lug; the outer two are broken and incomplete. In between the panels are narrower sections, each decorated with three transverse grooves. The hook or catch is entirely missing. Length 35 mm, surviving width 15 mm. White-metal coating. Late 5th or 6th century AD.
