Corroded and distorted medieval copper alloy key. Hollow-ended shank, incomplete simple wedge-shaped bit, oval-sectioned shank collared before lozengiform bow with circular aperture and collared knops projecting from each corner. 1200 - 1500.
Length 41mm. Bow at least 18 x 19mm. Bit at least 6 x 8mm.
