Hollow backed, circular stud with the lion's face in high relief, with grooves defining the mouth and snout, and details of the eyes. The outer flange is engraved with radiating lines representing the mane around rounded ears. The reverse of the mount is filled with white metal and a central corroded iron shank. Diameter 25mm. Unidentified object. Copper alloy flat disc stamped on one face with 12 triangles in a circle, points facing inwards, around a very slightly raised circular moulding around a central rectangular hole. Plain on the reverse. There is a very small amount of possible decayed enamel on one triangle. The edges of the disc are certainly complete around most of the circumference but there are abraded patches which may be breaks. Diameter 20mm. Thickness 1.5mm. Weight 2.76g.
