A piece of gold wire made from four strands twisted. The wire was made from 4 smaller wires (diameter c. 2.4 mm) twisted together in a clockwise spiral giving an overall diameter for the twisted wire of 5 mm. The wire piece weighs 7.24g and is 20mm long (unstraightened). The fragment appears to have been cut from a larger piece of wire at one end, although the other end appears to be a break. Analysis shows these wires are made of over 80% gold.

Gold rotating dorsal muff from a torc. A composite ring constructed of six components comprising two broad semi-circular-sectioned concentric hollow ribs (or tubes) between three narrow twisted wires (probably square-sectioned) soldered to a sheet inner part. The twisted wires appear very worn. The surface of the inner sheet has concentric wear and scratches where the separate parts of the torc were twisted together. External diameter 24mm. Fragment, probably from an Iron Age torc or bracelet, or a Roman bracelet. Two circular-sectioned strands of gold, each tapering slightly from one cut end to the other, twisted around each other. Total length 39mm. Diameter of strands at narrow end circa 2.5mm, diameter at the thicker end circa 3.5 - 4mm. Weight 7.5g. For potentially similar examples see PAS-845331 (Iron Age torc), SWYOR-CFE7F7 (Iron Age bracelet) and a 3rd-century bracelet in the collections of the British Museum (museum number 1883,1213.375).

Late Iron Age or Early Roman copper alloy strap-slide. Circular openwork plate consisting of an oval-sectioned frame with two conjoined roundels forming a bar across the centre with pelta-shaped apertures to either side. There is an engraved line around the outer edge of the frame, which is slightly damaged and corroded in places. Each roundel has a central round cell filled with well-preserved yellow enamel surrounded by a circular cell retaining corroded red enamel. Thin, very shallow dish, pointed at one end and rounded at the other with a groove forming a border around the edge of the dish and very faint traces of an incised cross on the concave face. Upper part of a beehive rotary quern in coarse grained sandstone. Sub-circular, with wide off-centre hopper tapering slightly towards the base, circular handle-slot in side which penetrates through to the hopper. On the upper edge there is a wedge-shaped groove with a u-shaped profile, 40mm long and 20mm wide at maximum. Diameter at base 240 - 255mm. Height 145mm. Behive querns were in use over a long period and are not very closely dateable. They are known from Iron Age and Roman contexts.

Iron Age ring-headed pin, cast in one with ring joined to the shoulder by a bulbous moulding between two low ribs with continuous transverse grooves giving the appearance of pellets. The outer edge of the ring is followed by a median rib decorated in a similar fashion. A small hole passes through the shank immediately below the head and at the top of a curving length of shank. Iron Age socketed terminal mount in the form of a bull's head. Circular-sectioned socket filled with orange-stained soil, perhaps from iron corrosion, with four evenly spaced rivet holes between two very fine engraved lines around the edge. An incomplete Early Iron Age copper alloy socketed leather-working knife. The socket tapers towards a pair of transverse mouldings before flaring for the widley splayed blade, which thins towards the missing cutting edge. The upper part of the socket, and the cutting edge are missing, with irregular breaks. There is an orange / brown patina over the surface. Length at least 45mm. Width of cutting edge at least 35mm.
