Silver coin, kindly identified by the finder as a threepenny piece. The size might suggest an issue of George III (1760-1820) or later, from the 1817 threepence issued as Maundy Money (Spink 2017 page 437, no. 3794) onwards. All detail is lost from both sides. A drilled hole of diameter 2.7mm appears close to the edge, so conversion to serve as a pendant may be posited. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1817-1887.
