Silver finger ring. Cast D section band of uniform width with a series of seven complete and stubby saltires equidistantly distributed along its outer side. At the shoulder of the ring, the site of an eighth saltire is intruded on by a slightly expanded oval bezel displaying a Maltese cross with rounded ends to its arms, with a triangular moulding in the equivalent position on the other side of the bezel. Silver possible buckle fragment. Cast loop fragment, described as a hook by the finder, thicker on its longer side and broken at both its ends, here taken as about one half of a simple buckle frame. There is the start of a return to the curve on the inner edge of the thicker part. A mould line appears along the inner side while the outer surfaces are polished as if by wear.
