Silver finger ring. Cast plain square section band expanded from the shoulders to form an integrally cast and decorated bezel, the latter comprising two orders of rounded petal-like forms with a rectangular box with rounded ends superimposed. The back is plain save for the definition of the box by a hollow. The ‘petals’ on the bezel each bear a penannular motif in relief while the ‘box’ bears a central disc with rays above and below; one rounded end retains a spot of turquoise enamel while relict white enamel appears in the field. Silver finger ring. Flat cast band with an expanded figurative bezel in the form of a lunate belt buckle frame with a double barred fitting to the right. Within the loop an incised figure composed of crescentic stamps in a left-hand spiral arrangement oddly resembles a fossil ammonite, though a floral motif may be intended. Beyond the barred fitting appear two stylised ?punched leaves with berries against a crazed field, limited by a chevron. Silver Finger Ring. Cast ring with band representing a belt with a rectangular buckle serving as bezel. The band is broken opposite the bezel and its ends have slightly sprung apart. Hallmarked with maker's initials within band: JG&S [anchor left] [r] [lion left]; the finder kindly reports this is the Birmingham assay office mark for the year 1919. Internal diameter: 19.7mm, Band width (at bezel): 8.6mm, Band thickness: 1mm, Weight: 2.03gms.

Silver Finger Ring. Cast finger ring with stamped and applied decoration of leaves and flowers. The band is formed of a long rectangle of metal with angled ends (one lost), wrapped around a former. The finder notes the presence inside the band of the Birmingham assay mark (anchor), and a maker's stamp: B&N (or M). Suggested date: Modern, 1820-1900. Internal diameter (as found): 12.8mm, Band Width: 6.7mm, Band thickness: 1.3mm, Weight: 1.85gms.

Silver Finger Ring. Cast ring; traces of stamped or incised decoration remain on the outside of the band, perhaps including the depiction of a buckle, now reduced to a smoothed rib. A hallmark is stamped on the inside of the ring: probably Birmingham assay office (anchor); if year stamp is Y then for 1873. There is an adjacent maker's or owner's stamp of letters GG:L. Suggested date: Modern, 1849-1899. Internal diameter: 20.1mm, Band width: 7mm, Thickness: 1.1mm, Weight: 3.89gms.
