A medieval silver buckle, consisting of an oval frame with surviving pin, and a plate folded over the bar of the frame, with a hole for the pin. The frame has a knop with punched decoration at each side of the bar; the pin has a collar with similar punched decoration at the loop around the bar. The rectangular plate is engraved with a zigzag line and series of single dots within an engraved border, along the sides and inside edge. The two rivets survive in the inside corners of the plate.
