A flat circular copper-alloy seal matrix. The reverse has a raised central spine with a suspension loop at the top. The central motif is a rampant winged lion, standing on one foot (rear left on the impression). The other hind leg is raised and bent, and the forelegs are held straight out in front of the animal. The tail iscurved down, up and then down again to end in a tuft. The neck has a jagged line on the back indicating a mane, and the mouth is open.
