Fragment of Roman copper alloy circular possible plate brooch, broken across central perforation, less than half survives, concentric decoration consists of three engraved lines around a small central perforation and two lines bordering outside edge. Between the two groups of concentric lines is a copper alloy rivet with flattened globular head. Diameter c.29mm. Plate 0.6mm thick. 2nd century.

Incomplete Roman copper alloy Hod Hill brooch, with lower bow and foot missing. Rolled head with pin slot and corroded iron axis bar. There is a slight constriction at the junction of the head and bow. On the broken bow there are central triple ribs between two broad flanking grooves, lower bow and foot missing. Extant length 19mm. Width of head 18mm. c.43 - c.70 century AD.

Width 38.5mm. 15th century. A comparable example from London was dated to the middle of the 13th century. (Fingerlin 1971, Abb. 44 Kat. Nr. 292), and another similar piece to c.1450 - c.1600 (Whitehead 2003 no. 477).

Moulded reel around the waist. Inserted iron shank, corroded with remains protruding from the base. Maximum surviving diameter 15.5mm. Height of copper alloy head 14mm. Similar examples in Crummy (1983, 166, fig:204, no.4650).
